The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue an order(s) or direction(s) directing Respondent No.1 to expeditiously dispose of the Complaint filed by the Petitioner under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, being Complaint No.425 of 2022 (Madhu Bhargava v. Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow & Anr.)
