Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petitioner is granted liberty to correct the nomenclature of respondent no. 4 during course of the day. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for grant of Assured Career Progression and consideration for departmental promotion to petitioner with effect from 01.01.2021 along with consequential benefits. 4. For the said grievance, petitioner has already moved a representation to the authority concerned but seeks liberty to move a fresh representation. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before respondent no. 2 i.e., Director General, Medical & Health Services, Government of U.P., Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the said authority within a period of six weeks from the date of its receipt. 6. The petitioner shall annex copy of the fresh representation along with certified copy of this order. 7. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
