Under challenge is the order dated 05.02.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, whereby respondent No.4 has temporarily posted the petitioner, who is working as Assistant Teacher (English) from one Institution to the other. 3. Admittedly, no power is vested with the D.I.O.S. to pass an order of temporary posting of an Assistant Teacher. 4. Considering the aforesaid, impugned order dated 05.02.2025, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, is quashed. The petition is allowed. 5. It would be open for the competent authority to pass a fresh order, if required, in accordance with law.
