Singh, the learned State Counsel and Sri Sunil Sharma, Advocate who has filed his vakalatama on behalf of the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. is taken on record. 2. By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicants have sought quashing of the chargesheet dated 24.11.2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 414 of 2016, under Sections323, 504, 506, 507 .I.P.C, Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow along with the proceedings of Case No. 2305740 of 2018, which is pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Lucknow. 3. The quashing of the proceedings has been sought on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise on 10.02.2025 a copy whereof has been annexed with the affidavit. 4. The applicants had filed an application under section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 2203 of 2025, which was disposed of by means of an order dated 10.03.2025 directing the trial court to verify the compromise. The compromise has been verified by means of an order dated 09.04.2025 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- III, Court No. 27, Lucknow in Case No. 2305740 of 2018. 5. Sri Sunil Sharma, the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has supported the prayer made by the applicants and has given his consent for proceedings being quashed on the basis of compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the chargesheet dated 24.11.2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 414 of 2016, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 507 .I.P.C, Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow along with the proceedings of Case No. 2305740 of 2018, is hereby quashed. .
