However, none appears on behalf respondent no.4, Zila Panchayat, Sonebhadra. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following substantial reliefs :- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned recovery citation dated 09.01.2020 issued by the respondent no.3 against the petitioner (Annexure No.06). (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to take any coercive action against the petitioner in pursuant to the impugned recovery citation dated 09.01.2020." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since identical issue has already been considered and decided by the Division Benches of this Court in Writ -C No.46450 of 2012 (Indrajeet Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and others vide judgement and order dated July 27, 2018) and Writ-C No.35981 of 2024 (Zuber Qureshi Vs. State of U.P. & 3 Ors. vide judgement and order dated November 27, 2024 reported in 2025 (1) AWC 7) this writ petition may also be disposed of, on the same terms and conditions. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel does not dispute that the controversy involved in this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgements. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of, in terms of the judgements and orders dated July 27, 2018 passed in the case of Indrajeet Mishra (Supra) and November 27, 2024 passed in the case of Zuber Qureshi (Supra).
