Lupenjit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sushilkumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 1. [2] The petitioner who is a businesswoman opened an account bearing No. 32520948014 with the State Bank of India, Thoubal Branch and her account was temporarily freezed as per the direction of Kharghar Police Station, Navi Mumbai, Maharastra vide Cyber Crime complaint Number: 31912240174635 for disputed transaction of Rs. 1996/- and the whole account of the petitioner was freezed. [3] On 07.04.2025, this Court issued notice to the respondents. Vide interim order dated 02.05.2025, respondent No. 1 (i.e. SBI) was directed to allow the petitioner to operate her account keeping on lien the disputed amount of Rs. 1996/-. [4] Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in terms of the interim order, the petitioner is able to operate the account keeping a lien of Rs. 1996/-. [5] Mr. Sushilkumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, also affirms the same. [6] Since the bank account of the petitioner is operational in terms of the interim order dated 02.05.2025 keeping on lien of Rs. 1996/-, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by making the interim order absolute.
