Although, present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 22.04.2025 whereby Application for Interim relief filed along with Appeal preferred by petitioner against punishment order dated 05.09.2024 has been rejected, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a direction to authority concerned to expeditiously decide Appeal dated 03.12.2024. 3. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case opposite party no.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Department of Food and Civil Supplies U.P. is directed to decide the Appeal preferred by petitioner within a period of four weeks from receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Appeal. 4.
