This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned judgment dated 05.05.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Sangrur. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in the present case, in pursuance of judgment and decree dated 22.05.2013, the sale deed has been executed in favour of the respondents and thereafter, the execution proceedings have been disposed of and thus, the present revision petitioner has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present revision petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same in case any cause survives. 4. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
