The petitioner's primary grievance is that she has been performing her duties diligently and to the satisfaction of both the local inhabitants and the Department for over seven years. Despite an unblemished service record, Respondent No. 4 has withheld her salary/honorarium without any justifiable cause or legal basis. The petitioner further contends that numerous representations were submitted to the respondents for the release of her earned wages, yet no action has been taken to date. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after making initial submissions, limited the prayer to a direction for the respondents to consider the petitioner's pending representation regarding the release of her unpaid honorarium within a specified timeframe. 3. Notice. Mr. Jahingeer Ahmad Dar, learned Government Advocate (GA), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the respondents will consider the petitioner’s representation and, upon verification of the service rendered, release the admissible honorarium in accordance with the law. 4. In view of the submissions made and the nature of the grievance, this Court finds it unnecessary to keep this petition pending on board. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation for the release of her honorarium for the period she has actually worked after verifying the same within a period of one month from the date a certified copy is served upon them. This consideration must be carried out strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field. 5. Dispose of as above.
