JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR ----- For the Petitioner: Mr. Jitesh Kumar For the State: Mr. Vineet Prakash, A.C to S.C-IV ----- 04/07.01.2025 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to recognize the petitioner as Village Headman (Gram Pradhan) of Village-Narsingh Bahal of Dholabera Gram Panchayat instead of recognizing the respondent No.6 (Guna Mahato) as Gram Pradhan as the petitioner is the son and legal heir of earlier Gram Pradhan. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur invoking Section 74(A) of the Chota Nagpur Tenancy Act, 1908. Considering the said prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and direction. Satish/- (RAJESH SHANKAR, J)
