The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Court below (i.e., Civil Judge (Junior Division) South, Sultanpur to decide and dispose of the Civil Suit No.320/2022 "Sugoo Versus Lallu and others" (Annexure No: 2 to this Petition) pending before him since long, as early as possible in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2022, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines.
