Counsel for Applicant :- Daya Shankar Yadav Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. The respondent has filed compliance affidavit which is taken on record. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 21.04.2025, the representation of the petitioner has been decided by order dated 12.08.2025. The salary for the period of nine months have been paid to the applicant through cheques and the bank details is also enclosed in support of the submission made. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that though for all practical purposes, the judgment and order passed by the writ Court has been complied with but there is a dispute that certain dues not pertaining to the salary has not been paid to the applicant and very fairly submitted that the present contempt application may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to raise his grievance for non payment of the dues other than the salary. From perusal of the judgment and order passed by the writ Court, it is found that the direction is for considering the representation of the applicant as far as the payment of salary is concerned and which has been paid. Hence, the judgment and order passed by the writ Court is complied with. In view of above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. The applicant is always at liberty to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law. Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged.
