The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not acting on the petitioner’s representation dated 27.03.2025. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 2 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.03.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”), if not already considered. 5.
