To issue a direction to Learned Principal Judge Family Court Lucknow to decide the petition filed by petitioner under Section-13 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 bearing no. 1280 of 2025 Ramesh Shukla versus Rashmi Shukla, pending before Principal Judge Family Court Lucknow, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months as it is pending since 13.11.2020." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the abovesaid case. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any of the parties.
