The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 37/2025, registered for the offence under Section 318(4),319(2),336(3),338,340(2),61 of B.N.S, 2023 & Section 66B,66C,66D and 84(C) of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that one Mobile phone along with SIM Cards were seized from the petitioner, but it has not been alleged that with the same mobile or SIM any crime has been committed and he is in custody since 01.03.2025; hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is
directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case,

Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 37/2025.
It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
