The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and 24 previous cases pending against the petitioner. 4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.11337 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station, Nanguneri, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
