Bank of Baroda and others) before another regular DRT, who has decided the case of the petitioner as per law." 3. Considering the fact that the issue with regard to transfer can be considered by the DRAT, the present petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRAT, if so advised, in accordance with law.
