Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail from apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 296 of 2024 instituted under Sections 316 (4) / 318 (4) / 338 / 336(3) / 304 (2) / 3 (5) of the B.N.S.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation of committing fraud against the petitioner as alleged in the FIR, is false and fabricated and he has not committed any offence. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in this case only on the basis of written application of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the co- accused person namely Prakash Chand Jain has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 2561 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to this petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrendering, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 296 of 2024.
7. It is made clear that petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation / trial. If the petitioner will not co-operate with the investigation / trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action.
