The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the investigation is not completed and final report is not filed so far and that this Court may pass appropriate orders and this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 3
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that appropriate directions may be given to the investigating agency by disposing of this Writ Petition. In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police shall conclude the investigation and file a final report with regard to the subject matter within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not filed so far.
