It is argued that Pankaj @ Devendra the husband of the deceased is in jail. It is further argued while placing paragraph 25 of the affidavit that although the applicant has been convicted earlier in one case but he is on bail granted by this court in Criminal Appeal No. 3774 of 2014, the copy of which is annexed as Annexure-8 to the affidavit. The applicant is aged about 60 years and is doing agricultural work as stated in paragraph 24 of the paper-book. The applicant is in jail since 16.11.2024. 5. Per contra, learned counsel for the first informant and learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and argued that the applicant is named in the first information report along with other accused persons and there are allegations against him. 6. The cause of death of the deceased is asphyxia as a result of antemortem hanging. 7.
