And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajan Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Since both the petitions arise out of the same issue, they are being decided together by this common order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Present petitions have been filed by the petitioners alleging that on account of the notification of centres for holding examination, the students who are mainly girl students have to travel a huge distance of more than 40 km. which is causing a lot of inconvenience, and without considering the aspect of inconvenience, the centres have been notified. 4. In Writ - C No.6556 of 2025, it is argued that earlier and in several cases this year also, the same centres were notified as centres, however, for reasons known to the respondents, a similar decision has not been taken in the present year. 5. In short, the petitions are based upon the alleged inconvenience caused to the girl students who have to travel more than 40 km. It is also argued that centres have been notified on 7th of July whereas the examinations are scheduled to be held from 10th of July. 6. Considering the sole pleading of inconvenience caused to the students who are mainly girl students, present petitions are disposed off permitting the petitioners to move a representation before respondent no.3 by 5 PM today itself i.e. 09.07.2025. 7. In case such a representation is moved, respondent no.3, considering the inconvenience caused to the girl students, shall pass appropriate orders by 8 PM today itself. 8. The petitioners may prefer the representation, as directed above, through Email: registrar@rmlau.ac.in and the petitioners shall be communicated the result of the representation on the emails itself.
