Revenue Code, 2006, is finally decided. Let the aforesaid restoration/recall application dated 24.06.2025 filed in Case No. T202508300608095, Pramod Singh vs. Ramesh Singh before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tarabganj, District Gonda, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if otherwise maintainable, be considered and disposed of at the earliest, say within 6 weeks, as it is said that based on the basis of ex parte demarcation proceedings land of the petitioner is being affected.
