Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Sahidul Islam, who has been shown arrested on 10.06.2025 in connection with Satgaon P.S. Case No. 100/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 303(2)/318(4) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel that the present petitioner is in custody in connection with the present case for about 57 days. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Satgaon P.S. Case No. 100/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 110/2025 dated 31.07.2025. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Satgaon P.S. Case No. 100/2025. 6.
