Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 20.06.2025 whereby petitioner's selection on the post of Anganwadi Worker in the Village/Post-Dhindhui, Block/Tehsil-Patti, District - Pratapgarh has been cancelled on ground that income certificate submitted earlier by her has been cancelled vide order dated 14.05.2025. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions admits that aforesaid cancellation order dated 14.05.2025 has not been challenged till date but seeks liberty to do so. 4. In view of such submission being made, liberty is granted to petitioner to challenge order dated 14.05.2025 cancelling petitioner's income certificate. In case petitioner succeeds in his challenge, the impugned order cancelling petitioner's appointment shall be re-examined by authorities concerned. 5. Aforesaid proceedings shall take place expeditiously. 6. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
