Sunil Kumar Jaiswal) pending before learned District and Sessions Judge, Lucknow, arising out of Crime No. 0043 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) & 87 of BNS, Police Station Ghazipur, District Lucknow and cognizance order dated 08.03.2025 and charge-sheet dated 08.03.2025. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the instant application and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
