Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for consideration of petitioner's case for promotion on the post of Area Marketing Officer from the date persons junior to him in service were promoted on 28.11.2017. Further prayer for such consideration to be made ignoring the earlier punishment order dated 24.08.2017, relating to the years 2011- 12, has also been made. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies Department, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
