Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel, Sri Shashank Bhasin, learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 and Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.4 and perused the record. 2. Counter affidavit filed along with Vakalatnama is taken on record. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner could not appear in the practical examination, however, she got very good marks in Class-XII. It is further argued that even the result of Class-XI and Class-XII have not been declared. 4. The guideline with regard to the Scheme of Studies/ Examination Bye- Laws of 2024-25 has been produced which although prescribed for resettlement of the practical examination on account of non-availability of the students, however, there is no provisions for holding of fresh practical examination after the Board examinations are over. 5. In view thereof, no relief as prayed for can be granted. However, the marksheet of Class-XI and the final marksheet of Class-XII shall be given to the petitioner within six weeks from today by the respondent no.4 and the respondent no.2 respectively.
