Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 28th May, 2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Sub Inspector has been transferred from district Raibareli to Ayodhya Region. It has been submitted that petitioner has only one and half years for superannuation and therefore would be covered by clause 5(V) of the government order dated 6th May, 2025 but the same has not been considered. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 15th June, 2025 to the authorities concerned but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. Considering innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Additional Director General of Police, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. The petitioner shall annex a copy of the representation dated 15th June, 2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of.
