Present applicant is in judicial custody in relation to FIR dated 19.08.2023 bearing FIR No. 354 of 2023, registered at Police Station – Bajpur, District – Udham Singh Nagar wherein present applicant, who is father of the victim, has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (3), 506 IPC. 4. Learned AGA submits that charge-sheet has been filed and trial has already been commenced and till date, four witnesses have already been examined. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am of the view that applicant does not deserve for bail. Accordingly, bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible. 6. Registry is directed to supply the copy of this order to the court concerned.
