Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that in view of the judgment and order dated 25.04.2025, whereby, the Writ Court has directed the opposite party to decide the representation of the applicant-petitioner, the same has been decided vide order dated 26.05.2025, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure No. CA-1 to the compliance affidavit. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of Writ Court has not been complied with by the opposite party in letter and spirit. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and after going through the contents of compliance affidavit filed today, it is evident that the in compliance of the order of Writ Court, representation of the applicant has already been decided by the opposite party vide order dated 26.05.2025. Therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite party. 5. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous. 6. However, it is open to the applicant to challenge the order dated 26.05.2025, if he is feeling aggrieved, in accordance with law. Order Date :- 13.8.2025 V.
