Mere filing of application for allotment of one additional Kanal of land does not vest any right in the petitioner to seek quashing of the Notification dated 07.08.2024 issued by respondent No. 1, as such, the present petition is misconceived and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy as is available under law.
