Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, contents of application as well as order of Writ Court, it is an undisputed fact that all the due amount has been paid to the applicant. 5. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of. 6. However, it is open to the applicant to move a fresh application in regard to the payment of interest.
