Today, the matter is listed on Modification Application. In para 3(b) of the application, it is stated that Director, Secondary Education had referred the representation of petitioner for decision to Chief Education Officer; however, this aspect could not be highlighted at the time of hearing of the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment dated 02.12.2025 be modified and in place of ‘Director, Secondary Education’, ‘Chief Education Officer, Haridwar’ be directed to take decision on the representation. State Counsel did not seriously oppose the prayer for modification. 5. Accordingly, Modification Application is allowed. 6. Since stand taken by the petitioner is that Director, Secondary Education has forwarded the representation made by petitioner for decision to Chief Education Officer, Haridwar, and if that statement is correct, then Chief Education Officer, Haridwar is directed to take decision on the representation, as per law, within six weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 7.
