This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience and non- compliance of the judgment dated 02.12.2025 passed by this Court in LPA No. 159/2001. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the respondents have now issued Government Order No. 61-JK (DSD) of 2025 dated 17th November, 2025, whereby the respondents have withdrawn the earlier Government Order dated 26th April, 2023 ab initio. He, therefore, submits that he has been left with no grievance in this contempt petition. 3. In view of the compliance report filed by the respondents and the Government Order dated 17th November, MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 28.11.25 2025 (supra) placed on record, we are satisfied that the judgment passed by this court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and, therefore, there is no point in continuing with these proceedings.
