ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition seeking permission and police protection for conducting festival in Arulmighu Sri Muthumariamman temple, Poosari Naickenpatti, Vanathirayanpatti village, Viralimalai taluk, Pudukkottai district 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submits that there are two groups and therefore, they have not granted permission. 3.The learned counsel for the private respondent submits that they have amicably solved the issue and they are willing to conduct the festival jointly and they have to be permitted as done in the past, by the petitioner's group 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner readily accepted and they are not preventing the private respondent from participating in the 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
