By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicants have challenged the validity of an order dated 25.06.2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VIIth, Lucknow arising out of Case Crime No. 111 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has confined his submission to the extent that the applicants will appear before the trial court and seek their release on bail and their bail application may be decided keeping view law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Satender Kumar Antil v. C.B.I., (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4. It goes without saying that the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court is binding in all courts including this Court and the trial court and, therefore, in case the applicants appear before the trial court and seek their release on bail, their bail application has to be decided expeditiously keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil v.
