GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 12191 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the 5th respondent in trying the dispossess the petitioners from their respective Scheduled Properties/ Plots bearing No.5, 47, 48, 62, 63, 49, 81, 76 and 75 situated in Sy.No.197/4 of Itukalapalli Village, Akuthotapalli Panchayat, Ananthapuram Rural Mandal and District is highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper, contrary to law and in violation of principles of natural justice guaranteed under Article 14, 16 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents, particularly the 6th respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over their respective Scheduled Properties/ Plots bearing No.5, 47, 48, 62, 63, 49, 81, 76 and 75, situated in Sy.No.197/4 of Itukalapalli Village, Akuthotapalli Panchayat, Ananthapuram Rural Mandal and District and pass.…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the possession of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
