Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for issuance of appointment letter in favour of petitioner in pursuance of final approved selection list dated 24.03.2025 for the post of Anganwadi Worker in Village of Raiso-II, Gram Panchayat-Raiso, Block- Behandar, District Hardoi in which her name finds place at serial no.49. 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. District Programme Officer, Child Development Service Scheme, District Hardoi. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
