Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:41008 Court No. - 14 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 873 of 2025 Applicant :- Amit @ Amit Kumar And Another Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Deepak Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.2 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.243 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 351(3), 115(2) of BNS, P.S. Safdarganj, District Barabanki. A perusal of the record shows that there are several injured in this case namely Ram Kamlesh, Brijesh, Ajay and Komal in this case. They have been treated in CHC Badagaon and injured Brijesh was referred to the District Hospital, Barabanki for x- ray. The allegation against the accused is that with Fawda, Lathi and Iron Rod they have attacked upon the complainant side. On due consideration to the injury report, statement of injured and also considering the gravity of the offence, I am of the view that it is not a case of false implication nor the F.I.R. has been lodged to injure the reputation of the applicant hence no case for anticipatory bail is made out and therefore, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
