By means of the instant application filed under Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has challenged the validity of an order dated 23.04.2025 passed by the Incharge Session Judge/Special Judge, (C.B.I) Court No.5, Lucknow, dismissing Criminal Revision No. 211 of 2025 for want of prosecution. 3. The applicant has got a remedy of filing an application for recall of the order dated 23.04.2025 before the same court, which has passed the order. 4. In these circumstances, the instant application is dismissed, leaving it open to the applicant to file an application for recall of the order dated 23.4.2025 passed by the Incharge Session Judge/Special Judge, (CBI) Court No.5, Lucknow before the court concerned. .
