Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. This is an application filed under Section 482 BNSS 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, namely Pallab Saikia in connection with Kamargaon P.S. Case No. 27/2025 Page No.# 2/2 under Sections 318(4)/118(2)/109/351(2) of BNS (corresponding to GR No.290/2025). In the instant case, the interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the accused applicant by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2025 with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the Investigating Authority within seven days. Learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that the accused applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Authority within the specified time as directed by this Court and his statement has already been recorded by the Investigating Authority and therefore, he submits that the interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court may be made absolute. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case diary reveals that the accused applicant has appeared before the Investigating Authority on 19.07.2025, which is the specified time as has been directed by this Court. This Court has considered the entire aspect of the matter and as there was no allegation against the accused applicant of violating any bail conditions, this Court is of the view that the interim pre- arrest bail so granted by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2025 should be made absolute. In view of the aforesaid, the interim pre-arrest bail so passed earlier on 14.07.2025 is made absolute and the instant pre-arrest bail application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
