Petition has been filed challenging order dated 05.05.2025 whereby petitioner's selection on the post of Anganbadi Karyakatri in Anganbadi Centre Raingai-I, Village Raingai, Bal Vikas Pariyojna Pihaani, District Hardoi has been cancelled on the ground that her income certificate submitted along with application was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.04.2025. 3. It is therefore, obvious that until and unless petitioner succeeds in any challenge to earlier order dated 19.04.2025, prayer as made in the petition cannot be granted. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that in case petitioner's challenge, if any, against order dated 19.04.2025 succeeds, petitioner would have a right for being considered for appointment in terms of selection. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
