Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 2. By way of this contempt petition, the petitioner alleges willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 04.04.2025, passed in CWP No.2955 of 2025, titled Dinesh Singh versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another, which writ petition was disposed of by the Court in the following terms:- 4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.41,600/- to the petitioner w.e.f. his completing two years of regular service as TGT (NM). This to be done within four weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over a copy of office order dated 13.06.2025 passed by Director School Education, relevant portion whereof reads as under:- “And whereas, the petitioner in above said CWP was appointed as TGT(NM) on contract basis on 08.03.2019 and subsequently his services was regularized on 29.01.2022. As per Govt. notification dated 28.12.2021, the Govt. had reduced the period of contract appointees for regularization from 3 years to 2 years and further directed the service of the contractual appointees who have completed two years of continues service as on 30.09.2021 shall be regularized. The petitioners were also completing two years of regular service on 30.09.2021, therefore, the case of petitioners is similar situated to Mohit Sharma’s case. In view of the above narrated position, approval received from the Govt. on dated 28.05.2025, the petitioners are allowed higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service subject to legal remedy, if any exercised by the State. The DDO concerned is hereby directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrear as per Finance. Department instruction from time to time and compliance report sent to this Directorate immediately. The entry be also made in the service book of individual concerned. May inform the parties accordingly.” 4. The office order is also ordered to be taken on record. In the light of the contents of this office order, the proceedings as prayed for are closed by discharging the notice but with the observation that let the actual monetary benefits be released to the petitioner expeditiously and not later than four weeks from today.
