Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the learned Civil Judge (SD), Court No. 20, Barabanki to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 which is numbered as Ga-6 in Regular Suit No. 593 of 2024 (Shiv Devi Vs. Ram Newal and another) which is annexed as Annexure No. 1 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
