This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking restoration of CRR No. 278/2023 which was dismissed by pre-emptory order for non- compliance of the order dated 10.04.2024. 2. Perusal of the application would show that no reason has been assigned for non-compliance of the order dated 10.04.2024. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I do not find any good ground to allow this application. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a better constituted application. 5.
