Learned State Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order 16.04.2025, passed in Writ A No. 4078 of 2025 (Shubham Singh versus State of U.P and others), the representation of the applicant has been decided in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sabha Shankar Dube versus Divisional Forest Officer and others, passed in Civil Appeal No. 10957-10963 of 2018, by order dated 01.07.2025, the copy of which has been annexed as Annexure No. 1 to the compliance affidavit. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with, but it has wrongly been decided and has very fairly submitted that now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and for all other practical purposes, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to challenge the rejection order. 4. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. It is always open to the applicant to challenge the order, as may be permissible under the law.
