Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15th June, 2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from district Jhansi to district Lucknow on the post of Professor, Samhita Sanskrit & Siddhant Department in Government Ayurvedic College, Jhansi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that aforesaid transfer order is in violation of paragraph 5 of the government order dated 6th May, 2025 inasmuch as the opposite parties have completely ignored the fact that petitioner's wife is also in government service and currently employed in Higher Basic School, Garh Mau, Block Bara Gaon, District Jhansi and certificate to that effect has also been issued. 4. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation to the authorities concerned but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of three days from today before opposite party No. 1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Ayush Department, Lucknow, U.P.. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the said authority within period of two weeks from the date of its receipt keeping in view paragraph 5 of the government order dated 6th May, 2025. 6. Till decision on petitioner's representation, he shall not be compelled to join at the transferred place. 7. The petition stands disposed of.
