This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the third respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against her. 3. The wide prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be granted without notice to the third respondent. However, it is submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of by the Assistant Executive Engineer, In Charge of Vivekandha Nagar, Moontrumavadi, Madurai Electricity Distribution System, K.Pudur, Madurai. 4. Since the competent authority has not been impleaded as a party, Assistant Executive Engineer, In Charge of Vivekandha Nagar, Moontrumavadi, Madurai Electricity Distribution System, K.Pudur, Madurai is suo motu impleaded as the fourth respondent. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title. 5. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2025 after due notice to the third respondent.
