Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present writ petition is directed against the judgement/order rendered by State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Claim Petition No.309 of 2020. 3. Learned counsel for the State has argued that the cut-off-date mentioned in the government order dated 24.02.2009 which as a matter of fact is set out as 01.12.2008 was wrongly projected before the Tribunal as 01.12.2006. The claimant before the Tribunal has thus mentioned a wrong date as compared to the date mentioned in the government order. It is on the premise of a wrong date mentioned in the typed copy of government order that the claim has come to be allowed. It is however not disputed that the State has failed to point out such a discrepancy before the Tribunal. 4. In these circumstances, we permit the state government to make an appropriate application for review of the judgement assailed before this Court so that the Tribunal may have a correct perspective of the government order on the basis of which the claim has been allowed. 5. In case any review application is made by the state government within a period of one month from today, the same is expected to be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of institution of the application. 6.
