Petition has been filed challenging order dated 14th June, 2025 whereby petitioner has been posted from district Pratapgarh in district Mirzapur on the post of Additional Statistical Officer. 3. However from a perusal of impugned order, it is evident that petitioner was earlier granted promotion on the said post vide order dated 2nd February, 2024 which specifically indicated that posting orders would be passed separately. It is quite evident that it is in pursuance of petitioner's promotion vide order dated 2nd February, 2024 that impugned order has been passed posting him at district Mirzapur. 4. In view thereof, this Court does not find any occasion to grant any indulgence. 5. At this stage learned counsel for petitioner submits that since a post of Additional Statistical Officer is already vacant in district Pratapgarh, the opposite party No.2 i.e.Director, Agricultural Statistics and Crops Insurance, Lucknow, U.P. may consider retention of petitioner at his present place of posting in district Pratapgarh. 6. Considering such submission, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 who may consider and decide the same expeditiously. 7.
